Terms of use

A free app, as it is

Gachara is free and made as a hobby by Axel394. By using it you accept these terms. It is provided "as is": we do our best to keep its advice and data accurate, but we can't guarantee that tier lists, teams, estimates or any other information are correct or complete, or that the app will always work. Use it as a helper, not as a promise.

Not affiliated with the games

Gachara is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the developers or publishers of the games it supports. Game names, characters, images and other game content belong to their respective owners. Guide data comes from the sites credited in the app, which keep their own rights.

Your games, your rules

Gachara only reads what the game screen shows (live, or from a screen recording you pick) and what official websites show you after you sign in. It never changes the game, reads its memory or network traffic, or plays for you. You remain responsible for following the rules of each game you play.

Installing on iPhone

Gachara isn't on the App Store. On iPhone you install it yourself with AltStore, SideStore or a similar tool and your own Apple ID; those tools and Apple's rules for apps installed this way are theirs, not ours.

What you share

When you send a report, you allow us to store it and show the shared parts to other Gachara players, as described in the privacy policy. Don't send anything offensive, misleading, or that isn't yours to share. We may edit or remove any report, and stop accepting reports from an installation or account that abuses them.

Accounts

The optional account is for keeping your own progress in sync. Don't try to access other people's data or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do, and you can delete yours at any time.

Changes and availability

We may change, pause or stop Gachara or any of its features at any time. If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using Gachara, including lost in-game resources or decisions made following its advice. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of your country that can't be limited.

Termini d'uso

Ultimo aggiornamento: 14 ottobre 2026

Account

L'account facoltativo serve a tenere allineati i tuoi progressi.
